Brand new community with vibrant residents who love to participate in many activities. Axe throwing, chair volleyball, yoga, horse racing and they are always up for an entertaining Happy Hour every Friday!!

I like Vista Park Retirement Community because it's in North Las Vegas. It's a brand-new facility. It's very, very nice. We invested two-and-a-half years ago, and then they opened a year ago in February, and we had decided not to and we got our $500 back. I like everything. They have a hot tub and a pool, which is nice. They're located right next to a park that's going in. We drove by recently and the park is up and running, which was a real plus, especially if you have an animal. I like that animals were welcome and we have a cat. The staff was very nice. We were treated to lunch there and a whole view of the whole place. The food was very good. It is buffet style. You go through the line and take what you want. They have coffee available all day. You can go in and get yourself some ice cream if you want at any time. It would be a very nice place to retire, a little more on the expensive side, but they have more amenities than some of the others, a full kitchen, a whole bit like that. The building is very nice and top-rated. It was very warm and very welcoming. It's a good choice.

Great job and a great place for my mom. Should be 10 stars. The chef made a special meal for me being glutton-free and dairy-free. The sales manager is wonderful! We will be joining Mom on many occasions and activities here at Vista Park.

We walked in looking for a place for Mom. We were greeted with a smile and a great sense of humor. I can tell everyone was happy to be here. Not only living here but also working here. There is a lot to say about a place where people love their job!!! This is an excellent and perfectly friendly community. I can’t wait to see my mom happy and enjoying life again!

I liked that Vista Park Retirement Community is a brand new place. They're not anywhere near full. They still have a lot of open spaces, so everything is very modern, clean, and well-put together. They have washers and dryers in the units, which is nice. The facilities were clean and very, very, very well coordinated. The facility was nice, but it was just very expensive. They have a lot of common areas, a lot of activities, scheduled events, and entertainment.

If we could give Vista Park Retirement Community a 10 we would, they are an excellent facility. It has been a great experience. The community has wonderful staff and the place overall is just fabulous and centrally located.

Vista Park Retirement Community is what I was looking for as an independent community. I like the location of the community, it is quiet and I do feel safe. It is comfortable and I feel like I am at home. The residents here are very welcoming. The community is also brand new...just opened this year...garages are available!

I'm in awe of how amazing this community is! This retirement plan for my grandma was considerably superior to anything I had ever heard of. Both of these options are incredibly pure, as is [removed]. The food, the design of the apartments, the billiards, the theater, and the swimming pool. There are countless possibilities for amusement. But most significantly, the wonderful employees. They made it clear that I should choose my grandma.

Amanda represents the essence of the Vista Park Community…welcoming, fun-loving, playful, energetic, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable, safe place to call home, Vista Park is for you.

They have an outdoor swimming pool and it is fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and look forward to the park being completed. The staff is incredible! The inside facility is immaculate. The cafeteria/restaurant is so well laid out and kudos to the chef for a nice selection. Love the salad bar. The theater room is wonderful and love the bar! So many wonderful events and activities to do at Vista Park. The apartments are so well maintained and very nice quality wooden kitchen cabinets. Highly recommend this place!

A great oasis in the desert. The true test of a place is not just how nice things are. It is how the staff handles residents and families when unexpected situations pop up. We found the staff at Vista Park universally caring, kind, compassionate, and patient. Amanda and Mem are a couple of exemplary people among many, many caring and dedicated staff.

Ok can we just talk about how incredible this community is!! This far exceeded anything I ever knew of for a retirement option for my grandmother. The food, the apartment layouts, the billiards, the movie theater, and the pool! The options for entertainment are endless. But most importantly and above all, AMANDA!!! She is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, welcoming people I’ve ever encountered while on the hunt. She made my decision for my grandmother a no brainer!!! There’s literally no other option for a retirement choice thanks to Amanda!

What an awesome place this is! We love being vendors for these folks who care for the elderly like they are staying in a fine resort with wonderful amenities. Besides a grand dining hall with a buffet-style set up, there is a theater, meeting rooms, a pool (under construction), additional garages if needed, a gym, a gift shop, and a hair salon open on weekends. These are great conveniences to have in addition to a shuttle that takes these elderly folks out to outings within the community. Thanks, RLC and Vista Park for taking care of these seniors, and taking us on as a vendor. We are proud to be a part of the community you are building in the North Las Vegas Aliante area.

Vista Park is true senior living. The staff is incredible. The staff is so warm and friendly.

This place is excellent, the new staff leadership is a dream to work with and my mother has never been treated so well. a huge shout out to Amanda Norman for all of her hard work and support in making us feel at home.

This community is outstanding. My grandmother loves the sense of family and safety that this community affords her. Kudos to the entire executive team and especially the sales department who held her hand throughout the entire process.

Vista Park is amazing! Lovely apartments, great staff, high-quality meals & friendly residents. I appreciate that the fees are straight-forward with no hidden costs. So glad we made this decision!

Vista Park is a beautiful community. But what goes further than the beautiful finishes is the caring group of people who manage and operate the community. From the managers, Doug and Mary, to chef Gabe who prepares and presents appetizing meals - this community just gets it. Their activity calendar is robust and it’s so nice to have everything under one roof.

We attended the Luncheon in July 2022. We were impressed by the speakers who were able to answer every question and provided loads of information. We immediately became charter members once we learned the many benefits and are looking forward to moving-in day.

I attended the Sept. seminar. It was great! good food and good info. I highly recommend it.
