RLC and its sister company, Cameron General Contractors (CGC), build, own, and manage luxury independent living communities across the country. CGC locates, buys, zones, and develops properties. Once the communities are ready to open, RLC takes over the day-to-day operations, management, and marketing of the communities. Both companies were founded in the mid-1990's in Lincoln, NE.
