2018 Ron Herron Service from the Heart Award Winners Announced
The award is named for Ron Herron, who was a Manager at RLC from 2003 through 2011, until his death from cancer. Even throughout his treatment, he continued to look for every opportunity to serve the residents in his community. We at RLC deeply respect, honor, and appreciate the wonderful things that Ron meant to our residents and to the company. He and his wife Annette epitomized the attitude and character that we look for in every team member. The Ron Herron Service from the Heart Award memorializes Ron’s contribution to our family and carries forward his encouraging spirit. The award is given each year to recognize employees who have provided truly outstanding service to our residents through the course of the year, honoring team members who exemplify in every way the spirit and approach that was demonstrated by Ron himself.
Our residents, staff, home office teams, and family and friends shared in the thrill of the announcements for these prestigious awards. We would also like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the community teams for a great job hosting the celebrations.
The following employees were honored with the Ron Herron Service from the Heart Award:
