ROCKLEDGE, FL – Today, Hala and Paul Nichols, live-in managers of the newly constructed Shell Harbor Retirement Community, announced they will host a grand opening to introduce Shell Harbor's all-inclusive resort-style 55 and over community on Thursday, November 11 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

The grand opening will allow the public to:
