Bradford Square Reviews

So glad we moved here five years ago. The food is great, the activities are plentiful, and the staff is so helpful.
Harvey Asher
Bradford Square is a friendly active community. Lots to do. Centrally located in Naples, Florida.
Marty
There is a pharmacy that delivers to your door, PT & OT on site, and a doctor who will come right to your room. We have switched to using all of those services. It is great to have the Dr, PT, and pharmacy all taking and working together!

I loved Bradford Square Retirement Community. I loved the structure of the building and the interior, and it has a much better layout of everything in the apartment than the other place. It was very nice. They have a nice walk-in closet. A brilliant designer made up the apartment, using every square inch. That was so nice. You walk in and say, "This is the one I want." The whole place is beautiful. The people are very nice. The staff introduced me to the head manager, and we had a nice little talk in the office, and then she took me on a tour. It was lunchtime, and she said, "I would like to have you go in and have lunch and sit with one of the residents." I did. She told me a lot of things too. I was treated royally. The food was so good. They have waiters there all the time, and they don't let the water glass go down more than halfway, and then they fill it up again. Everything was top-notch.

My 91-year-old mother has been living at Bradford for over a year, and it’s by far the best place for her! I love that it’s all one building and they are inside to get to anything. It makes me feel like she is safe. It looks and operates like a cruise ship with a lovely dining area that serves incredible food (recently got a 5-star health rating). Their activities director goes above and beyond to make it fun and lively! Her one-bedroom apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. Mom was at another independent care facility before that, which was more expensive and didn’t provide this level of amenities.

We stayed at Bradford Square Retirement Community for almost a year. It was a little on the pricey side, but not extreme. The service was excellent. The people were super. It's not a full-care type thing; people have to get around on their own. The food was excellent. It was far above what one would ever expect. The people were very friendly and very hospitable. The surroundings were excellent. They had an exercise room, a billiard room, and a card room. The activities were geared to the individual's motivations. The value is there for what you're paying.

Moving to Bradford Square was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love living here. The staff is amazingly warm and friendly and almost all of the residents are happy to be here. The value for my money is fantastic as there are NO extra charges beyond the rent. They don’t nickel and dime you for small things like meal delivery. The food is usually very good and it’s plentiful and available 24/7. I love not having to prepare my own meals. I didn’t realize how isolated I had become living alone. Here there is always someone to socialize with if I feel like being social yet I can retire to my apartment if I want some alone time. My two cats are delighted to be above the first floor so they can watch all the action in the trees and on the ground. Bradford Square is an outstanding facility and a fantastic value.

Immaculate facility, caring staff, friendly residents, well-managed, I can’t say enough good things about Bradford Square. I moved my mother there back in April and I’ve never seen her happier. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome place to live! The new managers have been great!

My friend lives here and loves it. Full kitchen with great meals. The activity calendar is packed and we've also enjoyed the pool area together. When looking for my next place to live, I will be moving here!

I chose these community over various other communities. The food is outstanding. The staff is caring and committed. The managers are always available to their residents and staff.Although they haven't been here long you can see the changes. Our activities corrdinator Winnie is outstanding. I am very happy here.

Everyone at Bradford Square Retirement Community is very friendly, the housekeeping is excellent, the move-in process was uneventful and the staff is very helpful. The games, travel, exercise, and movies are fun. And the meals are great, we have a great chef. So all is good. I would recommend Bradford Square Retirement Community to others.

I am choosing Bradford Square Retirement Community for myself. The building was beautifully decorated. There's a nice water feature with fish in it when you walk in. They had little rooms that are dedicated to different activities, like the shuffleboard. They had a swimming pool, and this facility was not far from the Gulf. They had a really big workout room with a lot of machines. They would provide all meals and maid service once a week. They had one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and they were nice. They all had a lanai and a full kitchen. The two-bedroom apartments had two baths. The people who run the place were wonderful. If you don't want to go out for breakfast you can place an order the night before and they will deliver breakfast to your room. They have a bus that takes people everywhere. One day a week they go to different places.
Marty
I recommend Bradford Square Retirement Community. They've got excellent staff and there's food 24/7. They have really good-sized rooms, studio to two-bedroom to one-bedroom homes. I'm in a two-bedroom, two-bath. The room sizes are better than what we saw at other places. They have a lot of activities and amenities. There's always something to do and they've got friendly people. They're the friendliest people we've seen anywhere. Everybody greets you with a smile. They have a pool, a library, a card room, a billiard room, and a poker room.
Luana
Great facility great people. One of the best in Naples.

I love Bradford Square Retirement Community. I like that the staff was so welcoming and the comfort of being able to see the residents there. I wondered why everybody had a gold plate on her nametag on their chest, which I think is great. We do that in our church, and I think that's wonderful to be able to have a name on each resident, so that explores the ability to be more social. I never saw that in any other that I toured, and I thought that was just wonderful. Just the interaction between resident to resident and staff to the resident, everyone was happy. The layout of the rooms and the central common areas were very well-marked. I like the large, lighted, and wide hallways. The ceilings were high and well-lit. It's welcoming because the facility seemed so bright, and clean, and no claustrophobic feelings at all. I just love that feeling of being open. From seeing the pool to seeing the theater or to seeing the dining room, everything was so appealing.

The overall experience at Bradford Square Retirement Community is great. They have facilities in different states that you can go visit and stay there for free for seven days. The staff is very nice. They're the only ones that have three meals a day free. Plus, they have a pantry where they keep sandwiches and snacks, and if you're ever hungry, you can just go down and grab yourself a sandwich. The facility is very nice. They have a huge room on the second floor, and if you ever want to have your family, you can bring them up there. It overlooks the rest of the place, so it is very nice.
Mary
Thank you all so much for making my mother Adrienne so happy and joyful every day of her life! You have created the most perfect dream home for everyone living there, especially my mother. I have missed you all. However, I know my mother is in the best hands with the best people I could have ever dreamt of.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, I love the food here and that is very important to me because of my situation. I explained my diet to the chef and he has been very accommodating. He does brunches on Sundays and they are amazing. I do not participate in many of the activities, but the ones that I do I enjoy. I do come down for their birthday parties and entertainment which is nice. The value for the money is good, especially compared to some others I have been at. I would definitely recommend Bradford Square to others.

Amazing team, dedicated to the well-being of each and every one of the residents. Clean, excellent food, caring team associates. A Hidden Gem right here in Naples that more seniors should investigate!

What we really like about Bradford Square Retirement Community is the warmth and friendliness of both the staff and the residents. They're very inviting, very friendly, and very helpful. My friend has a two-bedroom apartment with two baths. It's got a small kitchen and a small deck. They offer three meals a day and we love the food. The facility is very friendly, easy to access, and clean. They have a tremendous program activity with lots of good stuff to do. They have a pool and a barbecue place, too. I think for this area, the value for the money is good.
Patricia
Bradford Square Retirement Community was the best one we visited. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it because it smells good when you walk in. Everything's nice and clean. They invited us for food and it was very good. Cori was very nice and always looking to help us out somehow. The dining area was also very nice. You can get one or two-bedroom apartments or an efficiency. They go out for shopping, for dinner, or to the stores. They've got a lot of stuff going on there and they've got all kinds of games and everything. They do exercises and they have a nice pool. My aunt knows one of the residents there. She's been there for five years and she loves it.

The staff really cares about the residents well being. The food is fantastic and the activities are plentiful. The pool is clean and inviting.

I have lived at Bradford Square since it opened 5 years ago. I love the informal atmosphere and the love from the employees. Also the convenience to walk to CVS and several banks. Would not consider a move.

I appreciate and respect the staff. I love my apartment. The setting and building layout (and the art) is great. I feel included and enjoy the residents. I'm gaining weight.

I have been here from the day it opened - 5 years ago. I am still happy to be here. Everything is located in one building. 3 meals a day and snacks available. And there are rarely any extra charges for anything each month. Management is good.
Laura G
I have been a Bradford Square resident since early Nov. 19. During this period I have experienced nothing but courteous professional service from a well trained dedicated staff. I have NEVER heard a complaint from my fellow residents.

We are moving into Bradford Square Retirement Community. Everybody there is happy, and my children live five miles away. The apartments were semi-luxurious and complete. The staff is very competent, very knowledgeable about everything that's going on, and they know the name of every single person that lives there. We've been there a couple of times and they look forward to seeing us. The food is very good. The dining area is quite spacious and it's excellent. There's an exercise room. There's a sauna attached to the exercise room. There is a library. There's a pool for swimming. There are plenty of day trips, there's also a beauty salon, and they have a therapy office. They have physical therapists. There's plenty of walking facilities, and there are day trips every single day. We're looking forward to it.
Stephan
We have found our experience at Bradford Square to be night and day compared to the previous facility we were living at. The quality of meals here is wonderful, everyone is very friendly, and we have just had a great experience so far. It is everything you could want from a place like this.

Bradford Square has been a wonderful place for my dad and mom. They lost their home during Hurricane Irma. They decided at that time to move to a Senior Living facility. Here is why it is so great: 1. Wonderful Managers - Erika and Shawn are amazing Managers. They are caring, great listeners and consider the residents as family. They also hire a staff that feels those same sentiments. 2. It is beautiful, bright and well maintained. The rooms are a decent size with lots of windows. 3. The food is good with lots of variety. It is cafeteria style, many options for meals and no waiting for food to come out. You can be there as long as you wish, or come down for a meal and leave for whatever is next. 4. Staff, Residents, Managers are friendly and kind. I highly recommend Bradford for your mom and dad. They are a great crew and a blessing to our family. Way. To. Go. On loving on the elderly...seeing them...and caring!!

Bradford Square Retirement Community is perfect for me. I have a beautiful apartment. They do everything, and we have everything and anything, so it's great. The food is very good. I haven't been able to go to the dining room because I can't get around too much, so they deliver my meals to my apartment. The staff is fantastic. I have no complaints. We have a gymnasium, a general store, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a dining room. I have a full kitchen in my room. They have everything when it comes to activities like bingos, movies, horse racing, and card games.

Bradford Square Retirement Community only has independent living. It's all-inclusive, except if you want to add services. I visited over ten communities and this was by far the best. They truly care. We had a problem with the air-conditioner and one of the owners noticed it and he had somebody there in less than five minutes. It's very family oriented and they treat people like their own. The rooms have full kitchens, washers and dryers within the units that are very easy to operate, and grab handles in the showers and in the bathrooms. They have housekeeping that comes in once a week to clean their rooms and change their linens. They have many, many services that are available. The rooms are very well kept. They have lanais, so they can sit outside and at least get some fresh air, and they have doors throughout the community, so the residents can walk outside. Their screening process is thorough, but simple, not to make it difficult for people to visit their loved ones and for them to be coming in and out. There are three meals a day and they have the option of having their meals in their room or having their meals in the dining area. Right now, because of COVID, they have a salad bar, but they have somebody that's serving them and anyone who has difficulty or anyone who can't carry their plate, they carry that to the table for them. They ensured socialization. When I walked through there the residents were always waiting for dinner and always out there talking. They have a soft serve ice cream machine, and they're all sitting out front eating ice cream. By the end of the short visit, the concierge woman knew my name. The staff is fantastic. They also have on-site managers that live there themselves. They respond to calls for help 24/7. They work in the office, they know the residents, the residents know them by their first name, and they actually live the experience themselves. They're younger, and they're fantastic. They eat the same meals as the residents do, and they have the same amenities as the residents do. There's variety in the food, and it's good. They take care of people who also have dietary needs. The facility is very good. It's like a cruise ship. My mother has been playing bridge, and they've had plenty of activities. It's a good community for somebody who's semi-independent or independent that has family members who don't live in the general area that can't visit them on a regular basis. They offer services there, and if you need something, they help you find it, whether it's groceries or medication or whatever. They go above and beyond.
LM
I have several friends that live at the Bradford and they all rave about the staff. They all talk about the fun and good food and they all recommend it as a great place to live. One day soon I'll call it home too.

We have been looking at all the senior and assisted living facilities in Naples for more than a year and toured or visited most several times. When we finally make the move, Bradford Square will be our first choice! Everything from their food to their events have been the most consistently good out of any place we go. Definitely the best around.
