Pebble Springs

I love my apartment at Pebble Springs. I feel it is my little house connected to a big building. I am on the first, just a few steps from my garage. I have a little dog, and it is wonderful to step out into my little yard with her. I consider this our forever home.

It's a very nice place to live. I've worked for five different senior living communities, and this is the best, IMO. And it's less than 2 years old, so it's nice, newish, and fresh. On-site management is excellent. The employees are almost all the same. You'll like it a lot!

We have been here since the opening, and have enjoyed our place very much.

My mother has been at Pebble Springs for 6 months and absolutely loves it. She has made lots of friends and the company does everything they can to address concerns that come their way. The food is wonderful as well!

Mom is thrilled here which makes us very happy! Everyone has been great to her and always available to help. We looked at all the other choices nearby and chose the best for Mom. Great new chef!

Pebble Springs is brand new. It's been open just a little over a year. I love my apartment and I love that I've met so many friends. The people are very active here. The staff is excellent. It wasn't at the beginning, but they changed managers and the new managers are on top of everything. They're doing an outstanding job. They have so many things. It has a gym with all the equipment, a full library, and a large outdoor swimming pool. The activities are great. I chose it because of the beauty of the building. There are ten-foot ceilings on the first floor. I have a dog and they built a dog park for us. There are just so many pluses.

As part of the Management Team at Pebble Springs, it is an honor to live here with all the residents as my neighbors. Our community provides the lifestyle you have been looking for all of your life, and I encourage everyone to be a part of our family!

Pebble Springs is very nice, it's brand new, so everything is lovely. We had a meal. I think it was the manager who assisted us, and he was very well-informed and very experienced. It was an excellent tour. The rooms are nice. They have the standard library, game room, and craft room. They had an outdoor pool. They had the usual snacks available all day. They told us they were going to have an actual post office and a bank. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

This is the best place for Senior Living. All-Inclusive environment. This also includes all the amenities.

Great place to work as a concierge overnights and location is great right in the middle of The Villages. Everyone is very nice and the building is brand new and taken care of well!

I moved into Pebble Springs a week after it opened on September 1st, 2023. I am a widow who owned a house in The Villages and knew it was time for me to move on to the next stage of my life. I looked around and talked to many people and decided on moving to Pebble Springs. It was a big change for me; leaving all the responsibility of running a household on my own with the many responsibilities that come with owning a home. I love it here; everything is taken care of for me and it's all-inclusive! No more separate utilities, cable, and phone bills to pay, hiring people to mow and fertilize the lawn and bushes, trim the bushes and trees, power wash the outside of the house; clean the windows, etc. I truly love it here with all the activities, the wonderful food, the kind managers, kitchen and dining room staff, and activity director! I am here to stay!

This new Independent living facility is a beautiful building with numerous amenities. It is one of over 60 apartment communities operated by the parent company in Lincoln, NE. Pebble is working out a few kinks, since it just opened in September 2023. I moved here in October 2023. It has wonderful on-site managers who constantly try to balance the directives from the home office, and the needs/desires of the residents. This is no easy task since the majority of the 200 current residents previously lived in the extremely active communities of The Villages. The Activities Director is fantastic and creative. She offers an amazing array of daily activities, movies, happy hours with music, and outings. She is somewhat stymied by having only a single 12-passenger bus, which is inadequate for the large number of residents who want to participate in her exciting trips. It appears that the home office is not receptive to adding a second bus to accommodate this need. The food at Pebble is very good and plentiful, especially the Sunday Prime Rib Buffet. The biggest challenge is keeping hot food consistently hot. The dining room staff is very efficient, and food menu suggestions are welcomed. The maintenance men are terrific and responsive. They perform all types of installation and repair in our apartments. Aside from being efficient, they are personable. Three concierge persons work extremely hard to keep many diverse facets of life here working smoothly 24 hours a day. They are super. Pebble Springs is the best Independent Living facility in the area, and it offers inclusions that make my life care-free and enjoyable. Most of the residents are cheerful, sociable, and engaging. Life here is great.

We moved to Pebble Springs in September 2023, and it was the best decision we ever made. The food is outstanding! the chefs are more than accommodating to everyone's needs, the Chef's Pantry which is open 24/7 is available 24 hours for residents. The concierges are outstanding and are always available to help with anything you may need. The concierge and in-house management are always on hand to help all residents with whatever their needs may be. We have a friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone! Our facility is one of a kind, and rates 5 stars. I would suggest you visit and tour our facility, join us for lunch, meet the residents, and hear first hand how everyone is really pleased to be living here.

Bigger than you expect. Beautiful and I love it here. We have great programs with exercise, and all kinds of games and we travel on Fridays. To Gainesville Cheesecake Factory, Alligator Land Eustis. all over It's great and I plan on staying here. The food is very good with many choices of what you want to eat.I can't ask for anything better I love it.

As a new independent living community, Pebble Springs is definitely an upper-class place. The management and staff strive to make life exciting and enjoyable for everyone and are helpful in every way. I don't have anything specific are personal to add.

I am moving into Pebble Springs. I was impressed with the interior presentation. It was a very, very attractive lobby. It was very large, kind of resembling being on a luxury cruise ship if you look up and you see the various floors above you. It was very open and airy. The corridor, which they call the Main Street, it's the main corridor on the first floor, was beautifully decorated. It was elegant and very welcoming. I really, really liked what I saw. It had all the amenities you could want. The staff was very kind. He came all the way to my home and drove me back there and showed me everything. He was just the most kind and considerate, and I really enjoyed the tour. He wasn't pushy. He didn't oversell. He just let the beautiful place show itself. I had a meal there, and it was fish sticks and zucchini, and I enjoyed it very much. I liked what I ate. I'm going to work on trust that it's going to be good every time. They do offer snacks in between and three meals a day, and I'm sure there would be fancy food for fancy occasions.

I am currently a resident at Pebble Springs Retirement and everything has been great for me here at this facility! The move-in process was very easy. The managers are top-notch. The housekeeping of the rooms is good, but could be better. The meals are definitely 5-star. The activities, staff, and value for cost are great. I would recommend Pebble Springs Retirement to others looking for Independent Living in Luxury!

I will be moving into Pebble Springs. The facility was extremely updated because it was new and clean. The gentleman who took us on the tour was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. It's exactly what I was looking for. They have a great meal program. They have a lot of activities. They have an outdoor pool. Everything is accessible. The apartments were laid out very well and were well-maintained. They had handrails up and down the hallway, so if you had a little difficulty walking with a cane or anything, you always had those as an assistant.
