Mom loves it there and is thriving. Well worth the cost for Mom, and family, to have peace of mind. Mom says all the staff are friendly and helpful. She said the place feels homey and feels like she's at home. We toured other facilities, and Mom like Maple Ridge because it felt cozy and safe.

Maple Ridge has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we first visited, we felt a genuine sense of warmth and community. The staff are not only professional but incredibly kind and attentive — they treat every resident like family. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. My parents have particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered — from fitness classes to game nights and outings, there’s always something to look forward to. The meals are another highlight. Delicious, well-balanced, and served in a lovely dining setting where residents can socialize and connect. Perhaps what we appreciate most is the peace of mind Maple Ridge gives us. We know our parents are safe, cared for, and truly thriving. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, and we’re so grateful to the entire Maple Ridge team.

I toured this community with a friend on behalf of my parents. From the time I made an inquiry and appointment to tour, Ray reached out through text and by phone. He asked wonderful questions to learn about my parents and provided such valuable information to me. The tour was very impressive! Ray took as much time as needed to inform and answer many questions about transitioning from home to a retirement or assisted living community. I felt valued! The community is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming! Unfortunately we were unable to choose Maple Ridge due to the level of care my parents require but had they been ready 3 years ago, Maple Ridge would have been our choice. Highly recommend this community for independent living!! Thank you, Ray!!

My tour of Maple Ridge was excellent. It was really nice. There was nothing wrong with it at all, except that we're used to having lots of space. They had a washer-dryer and a full stove, which I would not be without. The staff was wonderful. He was personable and very nice. He followed up to make sure this was what we wanted to do. The food was excellent, too. They had a beautiful backyard. It was very nice and very well kept.

This is an amazing place and love it there. All of the staff from management to food service and cleaning people are exceptionally friendly and helpful. the residents are all very nice and friendly and help each other when they can. there are so many activities going on and they seem to cater to the veterans which is so nice. Another asset for this place is that the apartments are full size which other facilities didn't have. I would very much refer this place to anyone looking for an independent care facility.

What a lovely and friendly place!

I have lived here for three years now. I recommend it for independent living for just about anyone who wants a friendly neighbor and just about anything you can ask for. There are three groups available for any need. One for chores you don’t want to do, one for medical assistance, and one for rehab needs. All three meals are served buffet style. About any card game you might be interested in, even a pool table available, I’ve heard. Musical entertainment every week at least once and sometimes more often. Come to see Ray for a private tour. I’m so glad to be here!

What I like the most about Maple Ridge is that they have a chef and a chef pantry, so if you are hungry late at night, you can get to it. They have one and two bedrooms. Their apartments are quite spacious. I love the fact that it's well-lit and bright. There are a lot of activities to be involved in. I enjoyed speaking with Ray, who gave me the tour. His patience is remarkable. The dining area was pretty amazing. It looks nice. The people there were talking and seemed to be enjoying themselves and the food. They have a beauty salon and a little convenience store.

We liked Maple Ridge very much. The overall experience was very positive. The senior living consultant, Ray, was wonderful with information and gracious hospitality. He answered all my million questions personally and took me on a tour of the common areas, and I was even able to see two-bedroom and one-bedroom units. The environment and the furnishings seemed very, very homey. They offer an amazing array of amenities. Also, one of the positive things that my husband and I liked was that the meal plan is included in the unit rental. Other amenities like their valet or concierge parking have no charge. You can rent a garage, but they will bring the car to the front door, and when you return they will take your car to the garage. That is so handy, especially in inclement weather. The three meals a day are included in the rental plan, but there's no charge if you want to eat in your apartment. They will bring the meal to you at no extra charge. I checked the dining area, but I did not have a chance to check the food itself. They serve buffet style, which is very nice, instead of having a plated dinner. My husband can't walk through a buffet line, but they will have servers who can help bring his food to him at the table, so that's very helpful. They had long hallways, but otherwise the facility, common areas, and the apartments were very lovely.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amiable, family-oriented place to live. Staff is always there to help; they have activities and outings to fit every need. The dining staff is always there to help and the food is excellent. Other residents are always looking out for each other and are exceptionally friendly. The cost includes the following; 24-hour medical staff, movie theater, and library. gym and rehab equipment. In addition to, a 24 hr snack bar with access to the kitchen, beauty salon, convenient store and a beautiful outdoor waterfall with outdoor seating in the summer.

Co-Managers are almost superhuman in their daily efforts to make this facility the best in the United States.

I reviewed several facilities before I chose Maple Ridge. There is a welcoming feeling just walking in the door. I like the 3 meals a day, buffet style-eat as much as you want. All activities are included in one price. Caring staff.

I have lived here for 14 months and the atmosphere is friendly and happy. Residents care about one another and the staff is fantastic.

My experience here has been the best. I lost my husband a year after moving in, at the time the support and love shown were awesome. I feel safe and very comfortable here.

Wonderful place to live.

I enjoy and am very comfortable living at Maple Ridge. My apartment is a nice size and has large closets. My room is cleaned once a week. There are always choices of food at meals. There are many activities like exercise, card games, social events, movies, etc.

Maple Ridge is a good place for me, providing everything that I need.

Our managers, activities director, and head concierge are awesome. They work so hard to make life so much fun. I appreciate their efforts. They deserve raises.

We are so lucky to live in this residence. it is such a caring community. Everyone looks out for each other but not in an obstructive way. It is like a big family. Our managers are terrific, and our social director is phenomenal. There are so many activities and social events. I could not have found a better place.

What a fabulous place to live. We are blessed. Activity opportunities get better all the time!

Management and Staff are very professional they provide great support and assistance. Many events and social activities are offered. The facility and grounds are maintained to a very high level. Of Personal knowledge, a medical alert was activated and help arrived immediately offering aid and advice. We have five months in residency. We now enjoy participating in our new neighborhood, meeting new neighbors, and creating our new home.

My husband and I recently traveled from California to see his parents. They had moved into Mapleridge 4 months ago. We were fortunate to be able to stay in the guest suite, thus allowing us to get a true feel for the facility. Everything was clean, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious and bright and the food was delicious. We met a number of the residents during our stay and everyone was very friendly. Many activities were going on each day, (cards, jigsaw puzzles, movies, exercise and more). There was a feeling of family.

Maple Ridge was amazing. I found it wonderful. It was almost like a resort atmosphere. It was very large, but the people seemed to still know each other. The rooms were fine; they were OK. I think I've seen maybe better layouts, but they were not bad at all. The staff who gave me the tour was very informative and very nice. It was a great experience. That was on our list to take my father-in-law, too, because I think it would have fit him well. I like all the amenities. They have a wide variety of activities. They have a valet service for their cars. It was just unbelievable the number of activities that they have. Everything was self-contained, and they never had to go anywhere, I don't think. It's brand new and it's beautiful.

All the rooms are kept up and modern. Staff is very open to sharing information about the community and changes or updates regarding projects. There are a number of activities throughout the week to keep you busy.

I like it here, no complaints. Everyone is nice here. Friendly atmosphere. The food is good. They clean my room and make my appointments for me. The managers are wonderful!

Residents are friendly and the staff is very caring. Being helpful is prime with the managers and others, and there are many activities offered each day. Valet service is offered. I love that small pets are allowed which is very important to me.

We are super happy with Maple Ridge. My brother went and stayed with my parents for 4 days and he said my mom is thriving here and it has just been great for both of my parents. I think they have found a community here. In the amount of time they have been there, they have made a lot of friends. We have nothing negative to say about them at all and it has been a great experience all around.

The community is very neat and clean and they have activities going on for people to do. If you looking for an active community this would a good choice. Communication is good and the return calls in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to others.

We moved my Mom here from California and in January and did a lot of looking for options in three different states and Maple Ridge was far and away the best choice we could have made. The apartment is perfectly laid out, the staff are caring and kind. You could not ask for anything better. We are grateful we found Maple Ridge.

I'm in Maple Ridge and it's wonderful. They have all sorts of things: games, bingo, card games, pool, and everything you want to do. I have a balcony and they have a huge waterfall outside. It's just beautiful.

Easy Living.

I'm a former resident of Maple Ridge. I absolutely loved living there, and still consider it "home". If I could move back there, I would. I lived there for a couple of years, moved there with my mom in 2018. After she went to skilled nursing, and then passed away in December 2019, I stayed there till late summer of 2020. I thought Maple Ridge was the nicest place to live in Omaha. The employees are all pretty awesome, and I heard that they have new managers there that some of my friends who still live there said are very nice. The apartments are good sized. If you don't like or don't want to eat the meals provided in the dining room downstairs, they have very nice full kitchens in the apartments with lots of space. Views from the apartments are all very nice (at least the ones that I've been inside). If you don't want to go do your own grocery shopping, I know from experience that Walmart and Hyvee will both deliver. The only thing I wasn't that big a fan of was the long walk from the elevators to my apartment (it was long to me. I walk with a walker). I lived there through the start of the pandemic into August of 2020, and they did a good job at keeping the virus out of the building. I have no idea how they're doing with that now, but while I lived there, they did a very good job at sanitizing things, and strongly suggesting everyone wear a mask. They were sending meals up to all the apartments because the dining room was closed because of the pandemic. They'd gone back to serving in the dining room before I moved, with meal service to people's apartments if they felt more comfortable with that. Just before I moved, they did some fresh landscaping on both the east and west sides of the building, and had done some very nice seating and tables on the west side in front of the waterfall. They also updated the carpeting and wallpaper in the hallways in 2019. Maple Ridge is *independent* living, so they don't have doctors or nurses on staff. It's not a nursing home or a hospital. It is a very nice place to live, and is basically it's own self contained "city". I had the best neighbors I've ever had while living there. The neighbors are probably one of the best things about the place.

The staff is outstanding-always cordial and always call you by your first name. Ambiance is outstanding and food is pretty good.

I have lived here for the last 12 years. I think it is the greatest place to call home.

I love it here because of the friendliness & concern of others. Also a great staff of managers, concierges and all other workers-pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful waterfall and grounds and landscaping.

Everything is included in our community. Activities, exercise, friendly people and dining. You would never have to leave the facility!

Have met so many nice people here. Lots of things to keep us busy doing things we like to do. Beautiful outside spaces.

This is the only community I chose to live on when I first came to visit from Western Nebraska. I felt like it was coming home. I have enjoyed living here for 3 years and would never go anywhere else. We are a family and friends forever.

We are anxious to get over COVID 19 virus so we can get back to enjoying this community as it was when we first came here. We like it here because of the people who work here. We have 3 meals a day, a bus to take us to doctor appointments and shopping at local stores. We have entertainment & exercise rooms, theater and nicely decorated rooms and surrounding grounds outside. The people are so friendly to share the rest of our lives with.

This community is very good for helping us to extend the rest of our lives in a happy environment. We are able to have many good friends & lots of activities. This is not an assisted care facility however, through various services available where we can have these needs taken care of. Our retirement is a very happy one here. The best we are acquainted with.

Our activity director provides twice-weekly sheets to keep our minds active. The atmosphere here at Maple Ridge is always cheerful and pleasant. Most importantly rules for our safety and comfort are the #1 issue for the staff. Rooms are cleaned weekly and common areas cleaned and sanitized as needed and regularly. The library is well stocked with something for everyone. Meetings are held to voice concerns. Entertainment is provided as well are movies. Bingo is popular as well as card games that can be played according to the rules.

What a great place to live.

My mom has really enjoyed living at Maple Ridge. The staff has always been extremely accommodating and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the accommodations and employees. My hope is that my mom can live here for the rest of her life.

Very good –however there is always room for improvement inside and outside and the management is doing that! This is the best in Omaha!

I think this is the best place to live. The people are family. The help are all nice and helpful. All in all it is the best place ever and I love it.

Moving here from Arizona was a great decision. The ambiance for everyone creates a close, friendly and active home. So many choices of activities and entertainment. Safety is a prime awareness and concern. We all watch out for each other and the managers and staff go above everything to be sure we are all happy & healthy.

Resident Activities: Always something going on. Community Services: Own mailbox; fax machines; photocopier; internet connection & free WIFI. Housekeeping once a week. Valet service & Parking.

Everyone has worked very hard to help our community safe from the virus. After 9 months there have been no cases!! This is the most important reason for me to select our group. Besides that, they have kept us well entertained and fed. Coping with all their problems they have encountered employees have been very helpful and friendly. I’m proud of them all.

Moving here is the best thing I have ever done for myself. We have 3 meals a day (you don’t have to cook!!), housekeeping, entertainment, fitness equipment, indoor mail boxes and lots of friends. I feel safe & secure at all times. What more could you want—Love it here!!!

We toured a number of retirement communities & found Maple Ridge to be the best. Ample Food & entertainment plus pool and poker which I really enjoy. Would recommend it to others.

I have lived here 12 years and I love it here. The management-Liz and Bill are doing a great job. All the staff are doing a great job. This is the best place to live ever. I will not go anyplace else to live.

I love all the activities here! Bingo-31-65-4 handed pitch-party pitch-rummy cube-mexican train dominoes-canasta-yahtzee-puzzles-library-beauty shop-exercise room-theater (with old and new movies)-Husker games. Room service when unable to eat in the dining room. Maid services (weekly)-valet services. Friendly managers and service staff. Many, many good friends.

I’m very pleased to be living here. It has everything I wanted in an Independent Living Facility.

Have live here over 1 ½ years and have been very satisfied so far. The staff is very happy and helpful.

No grocery shopping, no meal preparation & no dishes to clean. Maple Ridge serves its purpose for us very well. Any maintenance problems are taken care of promptly. Don’t have to drive to the beauty shop. Plenty of activities and movies.

All employees are very helpful and pleasant. We are glad that we chose to move here. All areas kept neat and clean.

I have lived here for two years now and I love it. Not only is it a beautiful place with a lovely exterior and garden area, it is beautiful and well-maintained inside. The people are very friendly and inclusive of newcomers. The staff are friendly, always pleasant and helpful. I could not have chosen any place better than this.

After eighteen months residency I feel qualified to comment. I have been favorably impressed with the management, staff and residents. Friendly, caring and considerate. I have voiced my concerns and had them favorably received. I am certain that food is a constant concern at any such facility. Trying to meet the tastes of 150+ residents. I believe our service is admirable. Valet service for my garage and vehicle is an unexpected plus.

I have lived here 3 ½ years and I love it. There are so many activities to keep you busy. It’s a beautiful place to live. We have live entertainment each week. All the staff is extremely friendly. The food is good.

Before we moved to Omaha we visited quite a few other communities and Maple Ridge was the very best in our opinion. The one thing that was very important to us was the three meals a day. The entry is beautiful and is pleasant to walk into after being out. The bus is also important as I am in a wheelchair and it is much easier to take the bus than try to get the wheelchair in the car. Also like the activities. I really like living here and have made many good friends.

I enjoy the community of people and meeting new people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoy the wide variety of activities.

I decided to come here because it was near my church. I am glad I did because I am very happy living here.

It is just like living on a cruise ship here!! 3 meals a day-daily activities (cards, bridge, pitch & poker), Bingo, shuffleboard, etc. and lots more. Daily exercise groups-movies 2 times daily in the theater-happy hour with beverages and live entertainment-bus transportation to appointments & local shopping. Concierge on duty 24 hours a day-live in managers. I could go on and on. And best of all I have many new friends here, so no reason to be lonely or unhappy.

I am from Omaha, so had visited friends in other retirement communities in Omaha long before I looked into one for me. Had been invited to M.R. off & on to a few social activities so knew what was offered. When time came for me to get serious for a move I compared M.R. with others. I liked location, pleasant in looks, bright and cheerful here at M.R. Thought if I move into “XYZ”, what will I be missing at M.R.? So here I am, happy and content so glad I did. I moved to Maple Ridge on Oct. 1st 2013. I am very happy here. Everyone is so friendly. This is a very active community, lots of activities. Life is not boring. Our managers, activity director, concierges are all so very helpful.

I came to visit Maple Ridge shortly after it opened with my husband who came to play here (musician) and was very impressed. About 10 years later I came to live here-will be here 2 years this coming March (2021) still impressed and have enjoyed my time here.

Friendly environment, meal selections, valet services, many activities and garden patio and waterfall.

They offer food service delivery to my apartment was is great due to COVID and other health concerns. I also like the friends I have met (residents and staff).

I have lived here at Maple Ridge nine plus years. It is more spacious and offers more activities and entertainment than most places, it is “Home” to me. I can walk out my door and talk with people and do activities or I can stay home and not be bothered.

I am very pleased with this community, I like the exercise class. I really like the theater. Jessica is great. The food is good most of the time. I am very pleased with our new managers-Bill and Liz. Carolyn & Lisa are really good and helpful.

I have lived at Maple Ridge for about 11 years. I will always live here (I hope).

Managers (Bill & Liz) have been helpful and friendly and know your name. Servers are great, they are very friendly, anxious to serve you, know where you sit, what drinks you like to have. They work very hard and always have a smile and a hello for you. Lisa, Carolyn and Reva are very friendly and always willing to help out.

I’ve received everything promised plus. Everyone is friendly and caring. You couldn’t ask for more.

There were a lot of things I like about Maple Ridge. They have a rec and a theater room The person that showed us around was quite knowledgeable and passionate about the place. It was also pet friendly. They have a beauty salon, a barbershop, and a restaurant. The rooms were accommodating. Some of the views were nice.
