I lived here for over 2 years and it is an outstanding place to live. The management team of Elisabeth and Glenn are two of the best people and managers you will ever meet, Alway has time to talk to you and help with any problems. Jeff the head concierge is very helpful and can handle all problems. We had a few emergencies and he is right there. The staff is very good. Would move back in am minute.

What I like the most about Red Rock is the friendliness of the residents and staff; the variety and number of activities, classes, and socials; the apartment is roomy, laid out well, and with good appliances; and maintenance is prompt when reported.

We toured the Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community. We liked the prices compared to the other facilities. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms have places to hang clothes and leave things on the counter like normal. So, the bathrooms were excellent. I felt welcomed.

It feels like a cruise ship!!!! It's beautiful.

5 stars! My mom loves it and so do I. The residents are happy, it’s clean and friendly. Everyone is extremely well taken care of. Outstanding team that truly connects with the residents. Of course anything can be picked apart, but there is no way I’d give Red Rock Pointe 4 stars because 80% doesn’t do it justice. There is nothing to complain about here, it’s fantastic and I greatly appreciate everything they do. I JUST NOTICED THAT EVERY BAD REVIEW IS OVER 4 YEARS OLD. Glenn & Elizabeth are fantastic leaders and warm, caring people. I like them A LOT and I haven’t come across a single bad attitude from any staff member ever. I think that’s important to know. 🙏🏼

We have been residents of this RLC for nearly 3 years and we love living here. The managers, activities director, concierge personnel and all of the other staff members are excellent. We feel very fortunate to be living here. This is a very well run community. We are very comfortable with this wonderful lifestyle.

Fantastic place with wonderful people. Mom made many friends here and enjoyed the plentiful activities, including field trips, banquets, and exercise classes. In getting to know other grown children of residents, I can advise the consensus is that Red Rock Pointe exceeds expectations again and again. Everyone looked out for both Mom and her dog, which gave great peace of mind. Managers Elizabeth and Glenn set the tone for a warm, welcoming environment. John the Activities Director is always creating amazing fun and laughter with the sweetest sincerity. Bonnie was the housekeeper for Mom’s apartment but also entertained Mom’s dog at times and kept a close eye on Mom without being intrusive. So many blessings. When Mom relocated, Glenn made a point of advising they would welcome her back any time. Total class!

My grandmother greatly enjoyed her time at Red Rock Pointe. Coming from another state where she lived her entire life after the passing of my grandpa, and knowing no one, she made fast friends and felt comfortable in her new apartment. The facility is super clean and the staff have all been so wonderful to my grandma. I've always felt like she was safe here which eased my worries. It's great because it still gives seniors a sense of independence, but has built-in activities and assistance when needed. I'd highly recommend Red Rock Pointe for anyone looking to move their loved one into a retirement home in Las Vegas.

The staff has been quite helpful in getting settled, and everyone is quite friendly and welcoming. What stood out was that most residents are independent with only some assistance as necessary—upbeat physical activity by most residents. Friendly atmosphere.

Red Rock Pointe is a great retirement community. The food is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to assist the residents. Plus, the apartments are very affordable, with cleaning included in the price.

I wish I'd moved here sooner. The kitchen facilities are what anyone could want. Personally, I don't cook, but the option is there.

I have lived here for 1 and 1/2 years. I was welcomed and my needs were heard and taken care of. For example, I have allergies and need a fragrance free apartment. All is fine and housekeeping takes care of my needs beautifully!

My wife and I love it here, everyone is friendly and the staff goes over and above. The rent is fair but I would like to go down. I think everyone who takes a tour here will agree, this is the best deal around!

I feel at home here. I don't want to go anywhere else. I enjoy going to the dining room - the service staff is always helpful and eager to help me. They know my needs, they know every detail. I enjoy Friday happy hour with live musical entertainment. I enjoy the company of other residents because of the various backgrounds and experiences they've had. I love the beauty salon - the best!

I recently relocated from [name removed] after the passing of my wife of 56+ years, the warm welcome I have experienced from the friendly executive staff, as well as the current residents, has far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Red Rock Pointe is fantastic!

Red Rock Pointe was the perfect independent living community for my mom to move to. She has made many new friends and participated in several activities. It has been so nice that I moved in with her, even though I still work. I love the food and they have great staff.

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be. The staff has been friendly and helpful - the residents welcome the new residents and the good is very good. But most of all, I feel safe here.

The residents and staff are very nice. The food is good and served well. It is appetizing. Nice banquets and events. It's clean.

Overall RPP is a nice place. The staff is wonderful, very attentive to my needs and very friendly. The special programs and outings are terrific. The live entertainment is very enjoyable - would like more. The lectures are interesting. The organizing staff doing an excellent job! Having my haircut and toes clipped are great - having the salon here makes it very convenient. I also enjoy the gym facility and classes on the premise.

Mom moved in 3 months ago, It was a big adjustment for my mom who is very independent and had her own very comfortable home in New York Now after her moving in she says it was the best decision she made and she is happier. No longer does she worry about home maintenance or paying bills and food shopping. Now everything is taken care of with one monthly payment and she has no stress. The staff is really caring and so patient with the residents. The apartment is more spacious and has more amenities compared to other communities in the area. My wife and I will most likely come to Red Rock Pointe when we too need to downsize from a large home and need just a little more attention.

We picked this community, because of the friendliness and cleanliness....and the fact that it felt like a cruise ship! They loved it. Making friends was easy, she was comfortable and always looked forward to the activities.

It is really a great place, but we have gotten my in-laws here a little bit late in life. They should have come years ago so they could enjoy the activities more. There is so much to do and the staff is all friendly and outgoing. Since arriving my father-in-law passed away due to advanced Parkinson's, and my mother-in-law is getting more forgetful. They have a wonderful schedule of activities, a movie theater, games, exercise, outings, and more.

Red Rock Pointe is a beautiful community. My mom moved in this year and she couldn't be happier. Her apartment is huge with a full kitchen! There is new management, they are awesome. The staff is very polite and professional. The meals are great. She gets weekly housekeeping and lots of new friends to discover. Our family couldn't be happier with her living there and we love to hang out with her during Sunday brunch! Best independent living community in Las Vegas!

RRP is a place I would consider moving into when I reach the point that my house is just too much for me to handle. Whenever I visit their facility I feel like I am on a cruise ship. There are so many activities and entertainment that you can’t get bored. The hostess always makes you feel like part of their family. The meals are well prepared 3 times a day by a fantastic cook. Everything is always hot and delicious. The soup and salad bar is always fresh. They have snacks in between each meal if you want to skip a meal. The waitress and waiters are extremely helpful. The facility is extremely clean. The decor is beautiful, people there are so friendly. I know I would feel safe living at Red Rock Pointe. Call and request a tour now you won’t be sorry.

My 96 year old Mom recently spent 4 delightful years at this beautiful, upscale facility on the West Side of Las Vegas. She truly felt like the staff treated her like family. They made it easy for her to enjoy independent living during that time, even at her advanced age. She had the option of having three delicious, hearty meals delivered to her door every day, or, she could choose to dine in the expansive, beautifully appointed dining area. The service was excellent and particularly good when everyone was isolated due to Covid. The outstanding staff remained friendly, efficient and helpful throughout the pandemic. The entire staff took time to get to know her well and were always eager to help. The Resort bus took her to medical appointments and shopping. Maintenance staff was always quick to handle any problems. Living on the coast in California I can tell you that similar facilities in my area would probably be at least double the cost of RED ROCK POINTE. Highly recommended!

Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community is a three-story building with some 60 apartments. They offer housekeeping services and linen changes every week. It has a full kitchen in the apartments. The commons include the theater, a couple of dining rooms, a gym, a fitness room, a library, a computer room, and a meeting room. They offer three meals a day. There is an abundance of activities that they provide, some of which are run by the residents themselves. The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed friendly too. I went during a weekday, and there were several residents walking around. They smiled and waved at me. They seemed welcoming. They have special activities for a new resident. There's no buy-in. You pay a monthly fee. To me, those are the positives. They're part of a national large company that has retirement facilities all around. You actually can go from one to the other and use a guest suite that they have if it's available. You visit someplace else, and you don't pay anything. You get the same benefits because you already paid it at the original community. So you get three meals a day, and you can engage in social activities. That seems a nice opportunity to go see other areas of the country. This was probably the highest on my list. The facility was very nice.

It has been a pleasure to live here. The staff are wonderful, from kitchen workers to housekeepers and maintenance and our concierge. Our social director is wonderful and works hard to bring us new activities as well as continue past ones. For the most part the food is good. And there are always the fruit and salad bar. Fine dining, cancelled because of COVID, is back and the meals are excellent.

I was spoiled! It was going to be difficult and painful to sell my beautiful home in Sun City Summerlin! All that worry for nothing! This 2-bedroom apartment fits! Intelligent design-plenty of closets and cupboards. We're in the "right" place! Great selection of activities. Transportation to doctors appointments and shopping! People with a "serving heart" work here! New wonderful friends who share our gratitude for our new lives. No mistake made. 2.5 years and we're definitely "home" here at Red Rock Pointe.

THE FIRST TIME WE ENTERED THE THREE STORY FACILITIES MAIN LOBBY IN THE ATRIUM, WE SAW A LARGE SEMI CIRCLED FISHPOND WITH A WATERFAL AND GOLDEN KOI. REMINDED US OF A CRUISE SHIP. TOURING THE FACILITY, WALKED THROUGH A LARGE DINING AND BREAKFAST EATING AREA, WELL DECORATED. THERE WAS AN IMPRESSIVE KITCHEN, SET UP FOR BUFFET STYLE SERVING AND A SEPARATE SALAD BAR. SELF SERVE CAPPUCCINO MACHINE WITH VARIETY OF BEVERAGES. LO CAL FOUNTAIN DRINKS. WE ENTERED A COZY LARGE LOUNGE WITH A STONE FIREPLACE, READY FOR GAMES AND FRIENDLY HAPPY HOURS. THROUGH DOUBLE DOORS, WE PASSED A POPCORN MACHINE, AS WE ENTERED IN TO A LARGE IMPRESSIVE THEATER. WALL TO WALL STAGE AND MOVIE SCREEN. SEATING TO WELL OVER 100 PEOPLE, ON UPHOLSTERED COUCHES AND CHAIRS. WE HAVE WATCHED MANY FILMS, LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, AND WEEKLY RELIGIOUS SERVICES ,TO CHRISTIAN AND JEWISH FAITH. THE COMPLEX HAVE 2 ELEVATORS, A WELL STACKED LIBRARY. BILLIARD, PING PONG AND SEVERAL GAME ROOMS. HAIR AND NAIL SALOON, A PHARMACY, AND A LARGE LAUNDRY ROOM, FOR PEOPLE DID NOT CHOOSE TO HAVE THEIR OWN BUILT IN WASHERS AND DRYERS. IN OUR FULLY EQUIPPED EXERCISE ROOM, WE ATTEND SEVEN 1 HOUR EXERCISE CLASS EVERY WEEK. LED BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. GOING TO OUR APARTMENT THROUGH A WIDE WELL DECORATED HALLWAY, WE NOTICED RAILS ON BOTH SIDE FOR OUR SAFETY. OUR APARTMENT IS ABOUT 1,030 SQUARE FEET. 2 BEDROOM, ONE WITH A GOOD SIZE WALKIN CLOSET AND SAFE. 2 FULL BATH WIH BUILT IN WASHER AND DRYER. A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH MANY CABINETS. A LIVING ROOM, OPENING TO A NICE SIZE PATIO. MY WIFE AND I LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND SMILINGLY REMARKED: “IT IS LIKE BEING ON A CRUISE SHIP, AND COMING BACK TO A SUITE INSTEAD OF A SMALL CABIN!”

I have lived in the western part of Las Vegas since 1988. In a condo, a single-family home, multiple assisted living facilities. Never felt the warmth and friendly atmosphere so quickly as when I moved into an apt at Red Rock Pointe. The food and dining is just outstanding

I work here as the Sous Chef. I have been working here for almost 3 years. It is the most satisfying job I have ever had!! I have lived here in Las Vegas for 20 years and YES this is the BEST place for me to work! I make food from scratch!! It warms my heart to feed my residents homemade food that makes them happy!

Rock Pointe is an outstanding retirement community to spend your life enjoying all the wonderful amenities they offer. Before the coronavirus it was like a cruise ship on land and now it is opening again to enjoying more event's. I am a charter member and been here from the opening. We have had different managers and the couple now Sandra and Mauricio have been terrific through our lock down. They truly care about the residents and staff.

Warm and inviting atmosphere. Clean. Friendly and cheerful staff. I had the opportunity of strolling down “Main Street” where there was a movie theatre, hair salon, gift shop, and more. The dining area looked amazing and so did the food. I would highly recommend checking out this luxurious community!

I've had the opportunity and pleasure to visit and work within the community over the past two weeks. Oh my GOODNESS, this is definitely the place for luxurious independent living!!! There WAS such a negative stigma associated with "senior living," but nooooot here, it has changed MY perspective and has me planning for my GrannyG to travel across the states to reside here. They truly provide exceptional service, which is a direct reflection of the NEW management team. The COVID-19 guidelines, precautions and cleanliness is impeccable!! Temperature checks, masks up and on, rigorous cleaning and disinfecting throughout the ENTIRE day is imperative during these times, especially for our most at-risk citizens and Red Rock Pointe's management team is on it! The most important thing, for me, is the compassion and positive energy of the management team, which trickles down the chain...They are a big loving family, all of them. They work so well together, they're all so kind... They are AMAZING with the guests, they treat them with respect, they are kind, they take their time with them and they reallllllyy provide the ROYAL TREATMENT... they go above and beyond to ensure their happiness and peace.I don't know who was there before, but the team now, IS A-1! A special thank you to Mauritzio, Kenny, Sandra, Brenda, Janelle and the ENTIRE team for making me feel so welcomed and taking care of me during my stay. I look forward to bringing my precious loved ones to you all! Thank you!!!!

I nominate chef Cynthia Horger for very special commendation. Mealtime is somewhat stressful with lots of new rules at this time of coronavirus. Cynthia is always just doing her joy in the kitchen but is never too busy to send a "smile" to a resident and tries to remember our special treats and food preferences. She brightens up the area and one day very spontaneously gave me a much needed "hug"'. The memory lingers on...and Cynthia "we love you back"! Marilyn Stone

The facility is nice, newer. The food is consistently not good--salty, rich sauces, low grade meats. My mother has been there for 2 years and she has constantly complained that the food makes her sick to her stomach. I am going to have to order food delivery for her and we are considering moving her at the first of the year. There is no discount if she doesn't eat in the dining room, or socializes and skips the food. I've asked many times over the years if they are going to make the food healthier. It seems to improve with new chefs, but only for a short while. Then it's back to the same mediocre stuff.

Excellent place to be. Staff makes the residents feel at home and the residents are super nice. We are a team that helps each other out no matter the department. Love our managers at red rock.

Elizabeth has made being quarantined for so long very tolerable. She has worked tirelessly to keep us active and happy. She puts fun into everything she plans, and thinks of things to keep us in good mental and physical health. I have participated in her Fitness & Yoga classes and feel I have benefited tremendously from her extreme knowledge of the mind and body. I'm walking taller, and am improving my strength, balance, and coordination, all due to Elizabeth's techniques. I hope she will be able to continue teaching us Fitness (& Yoga too?) because she likes to challenge us, and at our ages, that's such a good thing!

"Maurizio squeezed me into his very hectic schedule on 2 different days to help with my communication devices. My computer was operating way too slowly, my old LG Tracfone wasn't downloading messages, my printer wouldn't print, and the pixels on one of my TVs kept breaking up. There were many things that needed to be corrected at once, but Maurizio managed to troubleshoot and correct all of them. Throughout it all, he never became frustrated, but instead kept trying different things until he managed to get everything working for me. I really appreciated his demeanor and patience, and the fact that he was able to get me up and running again. It was a pleasure dealing with him."

Great 55 + active adult luxury resort retirement - friends moved in and watched this place open up!

We have lived here at Red Rock Pointe for over 20 months and are very happy with the facility, the staff, and the value. I have also referred five friends to Red Rock Pointe and they are also happy to be living here. In reading the other reviews I noted that a few folks have an ax to grind and took license with the truth. Scorpions? Never heard of that here. Evictions? haven't heard of that either. No large deposit is required like most of the upscale competitors. And there is no lease required. I have visited three "sister" communities (of RLC) in Ohio, Arizona, and Maine and we were not charge anything for a total of 11 nights. While there I talked with many of the residents and I have to say they all said they were happy to be living there.

This facility is very attentive to the residents and also to all the applicable legal standards
