Vista Park Retirement Community

Our family member recently moved into Vista Park. From the moment we toured it just felt like home. The care and attention to detail throughout the community was incredible. The community is clean and bright and employees are all very friendly and outgoing. The chef had a sit down with us to go over food options and his vast knowledge of culinary was reassuring to all of us. We also loved the activity calendar and all the options it allows for, from Happy hour, to movies to games and outings, whats not to love! We highly recommend Vista Park!

15 months ago we moved to Vista Park. We were tired of shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Now the chef gives us 3 delicious meals, a great variety, soup and salad buffet, and Sunday brunch with prime rib. We have a cleaning staff that keeps our apartment and everything else spotless. Even with all of my free time, it is hard to keep up with all the activities, games, and classes available. We enjoy the view of the front yard. The waterfall and koi pond inside are a great place to meet friends before meals. Sitting quietly reading a book in the library or playing billiards is fun to do with visitors. But the most important thing about Vista Park is our managers. They show us their love and care for us by being there to listen when we have a concern or question or just need to talk. Yet they keep things running smoothly. They have made our community into a big family. Thanksgiving seems a very appropriate time to give thanks for our wonderful life.

15 months ago Jim and I moved to Vista Park. We were tired of shopping, cooking and cleaning. Now we enjoy a delicious variety of meals prepared by our talented chef and served by our caring helpful staff. There is always a great selection on our soup and salad bar. Our cleaning staff keeps our apartment and the whole facility spotless. This leaves us with time to choose from the many activities available. Exercise classes in the gym, billiards, card games of all kinds, bingo, cornhole, chair volleyball, craft and painting classes. There are so many more that we have a hard time deciding. The view out the patio shows us our lovely landscape in the front of the building. The waterfall and Koi pond is a relaxing place to meet friends. But the most important thing about Vista Park are our managers, Heather and David. They keep everything running smoothly and are available to answer questions or just to listen if that is what we need. They have turned our community into a family with their loving attitude. We aren't just friends here. We care about each other. Thanksgiving seemed an appropriate time to share our happiness with the decision we made to move here. Janice and Jim O'Brien

My Mom only lived here a short while, but her time there was a 10 out of 10. The property is clean, modernized, updated, and above standard. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and competent. The activities are plentiful, engaging, interesting, varied, and fun. The amenities are like a 5-star resort. The food is amazing - far better than anywhere else in Las Vegas for senior living. My family and I had a handful of meals with my Mom when she lived there and thoroughly enjoyed the food. It's obvious that the corporation cares about the residents, a nice change from the norm. The corporation employs staff who also seem to care about the residents.

We are new to the facility. Still working on filling the place and so far the staff is great! We have a garage and 2 bedroom apartment for $1000/month less than where we were at previously.

Vista Park Retirement Community is the best!

I have been living at Vista Park since January of 2024. This was the best decision I have ever made for myself. I love the atmosphere, the kind staff, and the great community.

Great job and a great place for my mom. Should be 10 stars. The chef made a special meal for me being glutton-free and dairy-free. The sales manager is wonderful! We will be joining Mom on many occasions and activities here at Vista Park.

We walked in looking for a place for Mom. We were greeted with a smile and a great sense of humor. I can tell everyone was happy to be here. Not only living here but also working here. There is a lot to say about a place where people love their job!!! This is an excellent and perfectly friendly community. I can’t wait to see my mom happy and enjoying life again!

I liked that Vista Park Retirement Community is a brand new place. They're not anywhere near full. They still have a lot of open spaces, so everything is very modern, clean, and well-put together. They have washers and dryers in the units, which is nice. The facilities were clean and very, very, very well coordinated. The facility was nice, but it was just very expensive. They have a lot of common areas, a lot of activities, scheduled events, and entertainment.

If we could give Vista Park Retirement Community a 10 we would, they are an excellent facility. It has been a great experience. The community has wonderful staff and the place overall is just fabulous and centrally located.

Vista Park Retirement Community is what I was looking for as an independent community. I like the location of the community, it is quiet and I do feel safe. It is comfortable and I feel like I am at home. The residents here are very welcoming. The community is also brand new...just opened this year...garages are available!

I'm in awe of how amazing this community is! This retirement plan for my grandma was considerably superior to anything I had ever heard of. Both of these options are incredibly pure, as is [removed]. The food, the design of the apartments, the billiards, the theater, and the swimming pool. There are countless possibilities for amusement. But most significantly, the wonderful employees. They made it clear that I should choose my grandma.

Amanda represents the essence of the Vista Park Community…welcoming, fun-loving, playful, energetic, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable, safe place to call home, Vista Park is for you.

They have an outdoor swimming pool and it is fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and look forward to the park being completed. The staff is incredible! The inside facility is immaculate. The cafeteria/restaurant is so well laid out and kudos to the chef for a nice selection. Love the salad bar. The theater room is wonderful and love the bar! So many wonderful events and activities to do at Vista Park. The apartments are so well maintained and very nice quality wooden kitchen cabinets. Highly recommend this place!

Great place with a fantastic staff! Everyone is so welcoming, and cares about the community and the residents.

A great oasis in the desert. The true test of a place is not just how nice things are. It is how the staff handles residents and families when unexpected situations pop up. We found the staff at Vista Park universally caring, kind, compassionate, and patient. Amanda and Mem are a couple of exemplary people among many, many caring and dedicated staff.

Ok can we just talk about how incredible this community is!! This far exceeded anything I ever knew of for a retirement option for my grandmother. The food, the apartment layouts, the billiards, the movie theater, and the pool! The options for entertainment are endless. But most importantly and above all, AMANDA!!! She is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, welcoming people I’ve ever encountered while on the hunt. She made my decision for my grandmother a no brainer!!! There’s literally no other option for a retirement choice thanks to Amanda!

What an awesome place this is! We love being vendors for these folks who care for the elderly like they are staying in a fine resort with wonderful amenities. Besides a grand dining hall with a buffet-style set up, there is a theater, meeting rooms, a pool (under construction), additional garages if needed, a gym, a gift shop, and a hair salon open on weekends. These are great conveniences to have in addition to a shuttle that takes these elderly folks out to outings within the community. Thanks, RLC and Vista Park for taking care of these seniors, and taking us on as a vendor. We are proud to be a part of the community you are building in the North Las Vegas Aliante area.

Vista Park is true senior living. The staff is incredible. The staff is so warm and friendly.

This place is excellent, the new staff leadership is a dream to work with and my mother has never been treated so well. a huge shout out to Amanda Norman for all of her hard work and support in making us feel at home.

This community is outstanding. My grandmother loves the sense of family and safety that this community affords her. Kudos to the entire executive team and especially the sales department who held her hand throughout the entire process.

Vista Park is amazing! Lovely apartments, great staff, high-quality meals & friendly residents. I appreciate that the fees are straight-forward with no hidden costs. So glad we made this decision!

Vista Park is a beautiful community. But what goes further than the beautiful finishes is the caring group of people who manage and operate the community. From the managers, Doug and Mary, to chef Gabe who prepares and presents appetizing meals - this community just gets it. Their activity calendar is robust and it’s so nice to have everything under one roof.

We attended the Luncheon in July 2022. We were impressed by the speakers who were able to answer every question and provided loads of information. We immediately became charter members once we learned the many benefits and are looking forward to moving-in day.

I attended the Sept. seminar. It was great! good food and good info. I highly recommend it.
