Love this place! My parents live here and were one of the first residents. It's been a great experience. Delicious food, a wide variety of activities, services, etc. Janice and Barry appear to have things running smoothly and are nice people, too! Really pretty place.

We started to look at retirement living options in the Raleigh area because we were getting older, having health issues, and needed to relocate from Virginia to be closer to our adult children. Most of our family was living in the area and it just made sense for us to be closer to them. We fell in love with Brier Pointe for the following reasons: they had easy entry/exit access for our dog, no hidden fees, close proximity to our children & extended family & a variety of meals. We didn't know that we would also grow to love the social activities, but we truly have. We are doing fun things that we never thought we would do. We also enjoy great educational seminars and other learning opportunities.

We attended an information seminar and we were intrigued by the presentation and eventually became the second couple to move into Brier Pointe when it opened. We were drawn into the community by the promise of all-inclusive services including meals, housekeeping, paid utilities, transportation services, social activities & events. We have not been disappointed at all. We've met so many new friends and my husband has received a new lease on life. He was introduced to Chinese brush painting, and this is his new passion. He has painted 45 pieces in 14 months and has even been offered up to $200 for some of his work.

I lost my partner about a year ago and was lonely. I wanted to find a place where I could age-in-place, stop cooking for one person, be safe, meet new friends & be close to my adult children, so I came across Brier Pointe online. On my initial visit to the community, I had the opportunity to meet several residents. Everyone seemed so content & happy and that made me feel at home. My decision to relocate was one of the best decisions I've made!

Brier Pointe is an amazing community. My parents have made wonderful friends here that enjoy dining, happy hour and entertainment together. Recently, one of my parents had a health issue, the community embraced them by assisting with walking their dog, checking regularly and assisting the healthy parent. The management and residents embraced my parents, me and other family members that came into town while we handled the ongoing health issues. The love, prayers and support from everyone onsite has made a tremendous difference in our lives during this time. The management and staff are engaging, pleasant and personable with the residents. It has a small town/big family environment. My healthy parent has been able cope and then thrive through this transition in life. This community is a wonderful place and I am thankful that my parents have the opportunity to live here, and I enjoy visiting everyone here too!

I've moved into Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community. I like everything about it and there's plenty of whatever I eat here. The cafeteria is beyond belief. Everything seems to be perfect. The facility appears good. It's very convenient all the way around. The staff is great. They did extra without me asking, so I'm impressed. The activities are very good. Everything's great and available. Value for money is fair. I feel great.

We toured Brier Pointe Retirement Community. I liked that it was new. This is the place that had all the dogs on the first floor that I liked. The people were super nice. I felt that the patients, the staff, and everybody were just very friendly people. The sizes of the rooms and the layouts were very nice. The dining area was great, clean, and well-arranged. There were a lot of things about it to like. They had a buffet instead of seated dining.

The rooms are very well designed with great use of space. Well equipped with functional kitchen and bathroom needs. The staff knows everyone's name and communicates well with all residents. Help is always available for all needs. Location is excellent near shopping of all kinds and restaurants ........The grounds are very peaceful and well-kept. There are plenty of activities to join in on and movies to watch regularly. There is a gym facility as well as a library and game room. The dining area is spacious and inviting to stay and visit with friends.

I had seen the commercials for A Place for Mom on television, but never thought I would ever use them. My mom had been living independently, but after a hospital stay, our family decided to begin looking for alternatives for her once she was discharged. We contacted A Place for Mom and quickly set up tours. The last tour of the day was at Brier Pointe and when my brother and I walked in, we both knew immediately this would probably be "the one" - and it was. Everyone we encountered was smiling, friendly, and very helpful - from the residents to the employees. After talking with Mom, and sharing pictures and thoughts, she agreed with us. When she was discharged from the hospital, we took her to see Brier Pointe. My brother and I gathered her belongings from the car and turned to find her, and she was already at the front door - she was that excited. Her reaction did not disappoint - we had made the right decision! She had been there a little over a month now and loves it!

I had an amazing visit when I went to see the community with my parents. Patricia Kim, gave us a great tour, she answered all our questions and was very easy to deal with and made us feel comfortable. My parents enjoyed the place and we look forward to having a great place to go when they are ready.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and especially the staff that has created such a clean, friendly and friendly environment that enriches both the body and soul. Prior to moving in my mother was living alone, existing for the most part. Had difficulty driving which affected many aspects of her life (social, getting to doctors appointments, shopping, etc). I can honestly say that now she is thriving! She has her own apartment - which was very important to her. Additionally, she has access to a daily calendar full of activities. Transportation to medical appointments. Meals prepared and lots of friends to enjoy them with. Her life has improved immensely! While I'm happy to write a review I'm honestly very grateful to Brier Pointe and the wonderful people who run it.

Brier Pointe is widely considered by those of us fortunate enough to live here as the top 55-plus rental choice for independent seniors in the Triangle area. This is due, in part, to the exceptional food and food service, the always friendly and well-vetted employees, and especially the managers who listen and accommodate our diverse residents' needs to the best of their ability. The wide-ranging and fun activities offered, and the opportunity to socialize as much as one wants, are the keys to exercising our minds and prolonging our health. Every day in this five-star independent resort has been a joy.

My mother has lived here for 8 months now and loves it. The previous two retirement centers of Atria and Azalea were just terrible. The food was not up to par. Some days my mom was fed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner. That was the last straw we had to move out. She moved here in early March 2023 and for the past 9 months, she has loved it here. She is loving the food. She doesn't eat breakfast but it is provided but she enjoys her lunch and dinner. I have eaten over there several times and you cannot complain about the wonderful food. She gets fresh vegetables which the other two facilities did not provide. There are two soups daily which are amazing. You have choices from the buffet line. You are not restricted to what they serve that day there are choices. Sunday it's always prime rib or some beef. The dessert table is wonderful always like 3-4 items to choose from. My mother loves the managers who truly look out for you. They have so many activities and a salon, bank, activity room, pharmacy, game room, and activities bus will take you to your doctor's appointments. You cannot go wrong with this facility and the prices are right for what you are getting. I know the rooms are filling up fast and I bet by early 2024 it will be at capacity. Stop in for a tour and sign up today.
PS. The people are special all very friendly and care about each other. That's very important the other two places could have cared less.

My mom moved to Brier Point in January & she really enjoys living there! When you walk in the front door you are greeted by a friendly staff & immediately notice the beautiful decor. The apartments are spacious & attention was given to every detail. The food is delicious with lots of choices & the desserts are amazing! The staff is so attentive & helpful. Everybody knows each other & the environment has been created to feel like one big family. Every amenity is available on site…from 33 Health to Lillie’s Hair Salon to Morrisville Pharmacy. My mom enjoys Rummicube, Bingo & the Ladies Tea, just to name a few. We can’t say enough good things about Brier Point!! It’s a great place to live!

My husband and I moved here at the end of January and have been happy since day 1. The staff here is excellent. They truly act as though they are here to make us feel at home and want to make us happy. We are also glad that the residents get along well and care about one another. We feel like we have found our home.

We, Jo Ann & I, have been residents of Brier Point Community since March 2023, and have thoroughly enjoyed new digs, neighbors, staff, and activities. We look forward to the weekly Dining Publication that lets us know what is in store for us during the week. Our Chefs are amazing with the meal preparations, from soups and salads to entrees and desserts; make the decision anything but routine on what to choose for the designated meal. Dining becomes an event as we always sit around the table sipping coffee and enjoying new and old friends finding interesting facts about our residents. Activities are available for all desired interests, and we take part in sports, movies shopping trips and educational events. There’s always something to do, somewhere to go, or just relax at the theatre and view a scheduled activity.
Ten Months have sped by and we enjoy today more that yesterday and look forward to tomorrow. Our choosing to come live at Brier Point was one of the best decisions we ever made. Hopefully, we have many more years to live and enjoy the lifestyle which Brier Point has offered to us. Needless to say we’re here for the long haul!

I have lived in three different independent retirement communities in the Triangle Park area
BrierPoint Retirement Community is by far one of the most friendliest places as well as one of the nearest places closest to churches and shopping centers that i have resided in. The staff here is friendly and so cordual. When you walk through the front door you feel like you are joining a family of friends. For me this feels like home.

Brier Pointe has saved my mother’s life!! She was living at Azeala in Chapel Hill. After being there for a couple of months we noticed a change in her demeanor. She wasn't able to walk as well anymore. We realized that they didn’t offer any meal options. If you have any food restrictions you were out of luck! My mother can’t have carbs and can have very little sugar. Her knees were retaining fluid! We noticed some of her friends were moving here to Brier Pointe, so we came to check it out. Immediately when walking in the front doors, you feel like you are home! The staff is the most friendliest people ever. You can see how much they care about their residents. The chef at Brier Pointe is AMAZING! There are several meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! And they are healthy options! Don’t get me wrong, there are some YUMMY deserts for a day of cheating 🥰 but to have a healthy option is SO IMPORTANT!! After my mom’s first two weeks of being at Brier Pointe, she had lost weight AND lost the fluid on her knees!! She is walking now more than she has in a while! The PT staff at Brier Pointe has also helped my mother tremendously!! Her improvement since being here is unbelievable! When I say that Brier Pointe saved my mothers life, I mean it in every aspect! She is so happy here. She feels so much better health-wise and mentally. Thank you, Patricia and the entire staff here at Brier Pointe! You have made my mother feel completely at home here. We love you all for it ❤️

We moved my mother to Brier Pointe from Azeala in Chapel Hill. She was completely not “herself” at Azeala. She has food restrictions and they made three meals a day and you had no choices. She gained weight and fluid k. Her knees. She could barely walk! We moved her to Brier Pointe where the meal plans are so much healthier and she has choices!! After her first week there she was down several lbs and was walking so much better! She is truly so much happier!! I absolutely love the staff here. They are amazing! So kind and caring. I told Patricia that Brier Pointe saved my mother’s life. And I mean it!!! You feel like you are HOME when you walk in the door! Thank you all so much for all you do and loving your community as much as you do!!

Visiting my Mom for a week here, has been awesome. Very happy she found Briar Pointe. The staff havre all been nice and very accommodating. I think I gained about 5 lbs, the food is excellent. Thank you all for wonderful experience, and taking such good care of my Mom. Not living close by, I feel very lucky that my mom is here.

Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful, the most outstanding factor here, for me. Communication has been easy, pleasant, and rewarding. Activities are so-so, but they respond to suggestions. Also, bus service for errands etc. could be more frequent. But not all folks are like me and most love the food, for instance. All in all, I’m glad I moved here, especially since I didn’t expect to like it much. What sold me on the community was that it was new and that the terrific sales representative said it would be run like a family and spoke so well of the corporation. I felt like I was getting a personal recommendation and not just a professional one. I highly recommend Brier Pointe.

This community is absolutely wonderful. The food is fantastic, the apartments and amenities are comfortable and inviting, everything is very clean, and best of all - the staff! From my initial informative and fun tour with Angie (I called to sign up the next day) through all my daily interactions with Bola, Ashley, Haylee, Julie, Chef, CJ, Destinee, Joy, and the dining room and kitchen staff - the atmosphere here is very warm. The warmth permeates everything - the residents are very friendly too. Wherever I go I see smiling faces. It's great!

My tour of Brier Point was so much fun! I enjoyed the staff and meeting the residents. So many activities on the calendar-possible to stay busy all day. Could not believe all the entertainment things they offer. The apartments and common areas are so upscale. Love the lighting, cabinets, countertops, and all the beautiful decorative details. After cleaning out a home with years and years of outdated possessions, Brier Point feels so refreshing and appealing. I would definitely recommend a visit and a long stay.

This is an unsolicited pre-opening review for Brier Pointe. I am a Charter Member and would highly recommend Brier Pointe.
Looking for an Independent Living community in the Apex or Cary area then look no further than Brier Pointe in Morrisville. My wife and I have decided to take advantage of all the amenities of Independent Living. Our goal was to find an Independent Living community located in the Apex area that was affordable with no huge buy-in fees and that would meet our needs for gracious living.
We selected four Independent Living communities in the Apex and Cary area. Each facility was visited, took the tour, dined in the dining room where available, and spoke to residents and staff employees.
Our choice was Brier Pointe in Morrisville. While Brier Pointe is scheduled to become operational in December we based our decision on-site visits, residents/staff interviews, and personal observations of the other three locations.
As far as I am concerned Brier Pointe is a win-win opportunity. Take advantage of the “Charter Member” program which will be available until 1 December. Included are such items as:
Lost cost reasonable buy-in - some communities require $250,000+ or more. When moving out 50% of the buy-in amount is refunded to you.
Month-to-month lease - no long-term contract.
No increase in rent for the first two years.
Everything is new (washer, dryer, carpet and flooring, etc.)
Refundable $500 deposit - change your mind and your deposit is returned.
Small pets are welcomed - no initial pet fee or monthly pet fees.
A $1,500 allowance for move-in relocation expenses.
Garage rentals are available.
Test drive a free two-day stay at any Resort Living Community Prior to moving in at Brier Point.
Resident travel program - travel to another Resort Living community and stay up to five days free.
Age in place - limited medical services to be located in the building.
Brier Pointe offers Information Seminars that will answer all your questions and provides a free meal for attending. Call Brier Pointe for a schedule of the next seminars. This call could save you thousands of dollars if you are considering Independent Living.
You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
