Recently toured and was amazed by the entire property. The exterior is well-maintained and fresh, while the inside reminds me more of a vacation than a place to get to live. A beautiful and inviting entryway that leads you down open halls that feature all of the ideal amenities anyone could ever need to maintain every level of lifestyle. Pricing is all-inclusive which made budgeting seem much easier for our family as we explore options. Great place!

I have been a resident at Deerfield Springs Retirement Resort since its opening four years ago. Having interactions with other residents has made me feel quite comfortable here. Meals are a joy to attend while interacting with other residents including the chef on many occasions. Deerfield Springs has a variety of wonderful activities leaving me innumerable choices such as playing cards, watching movies in a large screen theatre every evening, and musical entertainment on Fridays including appetizers and liquid refreshments. Additionally, there are many choices for short-day visits to places in Cincinnati such as restaurants, museums grocery shopping, etc. With the availability of a gym, a salon, and a pantry, there is plenty to keep one occupied, if desired.

I have been a resident at the Deerfield Springs Retirement Resort since its inception three years ago. Having been on my own for several years, I moved in with some trepidation. After several months, I quickly found that living at Deerfield Springs was more than a wonderful experience. Having interaction with other residents made me quite comfortable and easily adapted to their many activities. Including transportation to doctors and food stores. The location of Deerfield to a plethora of shopping stores and restaurants is very convenient. Meals are a joy to attend. The interaction with the other residents during this time and the approachable dining staff during mealtimes is a pleasure. The availability of the staff at all hours of the day makes for a comfortable living all day. Deerfield Springs has a wonderful activities program leaving me enumerable choices of short day visits to places in Cincinnati and Kentucky, the availability of a gym, salon food pantry, theater, and game room round out the totally relaxing living experiences at Deerfield.

I can not speak highly enough about this place. My dad has been here a year and I could not be happier. I spent a week here with my dad and got to experience all the amenities. Most importantly, this staff is exceptional. They were able to assist me with every need I had for my dad. They were even there supporting me and cheering me on when things seemed overwhelming. I honestly don't know how I would've made it through this process of care coordination without them. If you want a place to treat you like a favorite family member, THIS IS THE PLACE!

We ended up going to Deerfield Springs Retirement for my mom. It's a month-to-month lease, which is nice. No buy-in and you don't have to sign in your contract. She got a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the first floor with high ceilings. Really nice, it's all new, no one else has lived there. Top-notch. They have a movie theater. They have activities. They have a bus every week that takes them to different places, a library, a pharmacy in the building, a hairdresser, and they have cafeteria-style food. It's very good.

Coming to Ohio from Texas on 4/21 (six months after my husband passed away), I was suddenly thrown into a mental and physical turmoil. It was the kindness of people here who drew me in and became my new family. This special place is full of activities of all kinds, you can participate in or not. Everyone on staff has their graciousness in their service here. Food is in abundance at every meal. Activities every day, movies each week, seminars and different subjects are discussed. Trips are planned to get you out and about, experiencing the wonderful sites Loveland and surrounding areas have. This is a place of growth and progress. Help of any kind is close as a phone call away. The alert necklaces we wear are designed to keep us in touch in case of emergency. Give Deerfield Springs a chance to be your new family of friends. I am coming up on 3 yrs in this lovely community. Not since getting new managers have I seen anyone in the office after 5 pm, let alone till 10:30 pm. Never before have I seen popcorn made and a movie shown on the concierge's day off. Never seen mgmt eating in the dinning room. Never seen them sit at the table with a new couple. Never seen one talking to a resident after hours for 2 minutes, let alone 20. I'm sure there's much more I have not seen from not being in the mix. But this past Saturday, I did see out my balcony a sacrificial act that took ALL day until 1 in the morning!.. preparation of smoked BBQ ribs for the Memorial Day picnic! For Cinco de Mayo the most delicious enchiladas were made for Happy Hour. On other occasions, special desserts were baked. Rex and Kim have set the bar high and we are the beneficiaries. I just hope they don't burn out, get fed up, or jump ship. They are both RLC gold treasures! 🫶🏾

I love it here. I think the staff is all very personable and approachable when I have a suggestion or concern. I am here independently, so there is little interaction between staff and family. However, the initial response by my family was very positive when we came for the first visit.

Deerfield Springs Retirement Community gives you one price where everything is included. We had lunch there and the food was extraordinary. It was a beautiful meal that was prepared by a chef. You can get food all day long if you want to. They have a waterfall in the middle of the facility and you can hear the waterfall all over the building. It's beautiful. They have lots of individual rooms with fireplaces. They've got one with eight fireplaces, as well as reading areas. My husband is a professor and he loves to read and there is a big library there, too. There's a very nice workout room and a lot of good programs for mental/intellectual stimulation. They have a traveling program, so if you are a resident of Deerfield Springs and if you want to travel somewhere else, you can stay in one of 20 plus Deerfield Springs retirement centers around the United States. No other place we visited had that. I loved it. I could go ahead and live there. It's got the biggest apartments that we looked at. Plus they're convenient to everything in Montgomery.

My tour experience at Deerfield Springs Retirement Community was very good, I really like it. It was just a year-old, so it was nice. The lady that took us on the tour was very knowledgeable. She had started there in cleaning and they had kept promoting her so it shows that they take care of their employees. That's very important to me. The rooms were very nice, very clean and well-planned. They have lots of community rooms. If you want people to play cards with, they have a room for it and there's a room for visitors which has access to the outside. They have lots of nice rooms. It was a nice layout. They had a community room on each floor. They didn't have a pool. I met some people who work there. They would stop by and say hi. They were friendly and caring. It seemed like they had good relationships. The one thing I didn't like was that it was right on a highway. The staff was great.

I'm currently at Deerfield Springs Retirement Community. I like the inside storage. It's a nice place compared to some of the other places I've seen. My apartment is functional. The staff member who showed me around was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I haven't participated in any of the activities yet. The dining area looks very clean, neat, and efficient, but I haven't eaten there yet.
