when my husband passed away, I never thought I would be happy again, my daughters suggested that I move into an independent senior apartment, we toured several and when we walked into Chartier's Bend, I knew this was the place where I would like to move. The staff was extremely helpful and made the residents happy and did everything they could to make it happen on the other side the residents are very friendly, and they suggested activities that I might like, the more activities I did the more people I met, and the more friends I made. I will always miss my husband but I'm very happy here in Chartier's Bend.

I have lived in Chartiers Bend for over 4 years and love it here. It’s a kind and friendly atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and pleasant and the concierge greets you with a smile as you enter the building. They are always available to help you in all ways. The dining room is bright and welcoming with an abundance of food choices including a hot bar, plentiful soup and salad bar, and a Chef’s Pantry loaded with, sandwiches, chips, desserts, and beverages. The many activities are open to all. We enjoy the theater with movies and live entertainment. We also have a van that takes us to doctor visits, shopping, and a monthly restaurant visit. We always welcome new arrivals so I hope you join us.

I have delighted in CHARTIERS BEND ever since the first day I arrived. Our managers and our concierge are exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to please. Sylvia. the concierge is skillful with turning on the electricity in an apartment, cheerfully helping us with our computers, keeping us aware of the rules, providing information concerning activities, etc. The dining room is managed by Tracy who knows everyone’s names and greets each one like family. Ashley, our chef, as well as her crew , provides a large variety of selections

I would like to say a few words about my experiences at Chartiers Bend. First of all the entire staff are great and very helpful. When you walk in the front door you are greeted by Sylvia the concierge. There is no problem too big or too small that she can’t help you with. She is the perfect person to have at the front desk. Everything is top-notch here including the food, The chefs prepare delicious meals that we look forward to every day. The salad bar is wonderful and the entrees keep us extremely satisfied. Not to mention the fantastic desserts the fun activities and most importantly the people here who all have become my “family”. Needless to say I am very happy about my decision to move to Chartiers Bend and make it my home!

My first time walking in the doors of Chartiers Bend, I felt so welcomed by the residents and the staff that I made the decision to make it my new residence. I've been here for one year and have enjoyed it very much every day , the staff is extremely helpful friendly and always available for our needs they will go above and beyond to help you, I've made many friends and get involved in so many of the wonderfully planed event. The menus for all the meals have been exciting so many foods to choose from, is wonderful and delicious! Then there are our managers. I would recommend Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort to others. The staff is amazing. The move-in process was just as easy as a regular apartment. For Independent Living, it's exactly what I expect. Housekeeping is light duty and is once a week. The meals are good quality. According to Dad, a little institutional, but there is always something available. The only complaint Dad has is that they don't have a lot of things that he likes. There are plenty of activities. The managers are amazing. She gave me her cell phone number in case I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this facility to someone looking for an Independent Living situation.

I toured Chartiers Bend several times with Ms. Tiffany Miles. I was hoping to convince my father-in-law to move into an apartment there. I can’t say enough about Ms. Miles and her enthusiasm, knowledge, patience and flexibility. She went well beyond my expectations and continued to amaze me with her willingness to accommodate my father-in-law. I’m certain she stayed well beyond her working hours when I went for a tour on my own and then again when I returned with my father-in-law and his son. I will tell you that she is a valuable asset to your facility. Even her follow-up calls were very helpful. Although we have been unsuccessful in convincing my father-in-law to move, it is only because of his reluctance to leave his own home. We are still hopeful that he will change his mind in the future. Chartiers Bend is the perfect option for independent living and everyone was very friendly there. The food was also delicious!! I would absolutely recommend your facility for anyone interested in living in a beautiful location with so many amenities to make life easier and less stressful!!

I am currently a resident at Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort and everything has been great for me at this facility so far, overall. The cleanliness is great, but you only get light housekeeping. The meals are excellent, especially on Sundays. I would recommend Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort to family and friends. This is a great place to live.

My loved one is a resident at Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort and it's been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents are mostly very friendly, too. I really haven't had much communication about anything, since we haven't needed it. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The facility is really beautiful! The staff is very helpful and the residents are super friendly. Mom has found a lot of friends and activities. She always seems to be going to a party or a trip into the community. And they make independent living really easy. I could add the person who cleans her apartment every week is super helpful! And the Activities Director is always willing to try new things. Because they're month by month and the move-in process was so easy, we can get Mom settled right away. Everything there was just much more Luxe than in other places, the availability of food the really beautiful artwork, and the very large apartments with full kitchens and washers and dryers. You get a lot for your money.

I visit a client there and he is so happy. Their meals are always delicious. He brings his back to his room and eats. They have a washer and dryer in the apartment. They are beautifully decorated. Everything is handy. The buses take him everywhere he wants to go no need for a car. He loves it.

I would definitely recommend Chartiers Bend Retirement Resort. Mom made a somewhat rush decision, but chose a great community! The staff is always fantastic. The meals are ok, mom chooses to only eat one meal a day there, but no complaints from her on the food. The facility is so clean, beautiful, and smells good. The residents are lovely also. Mom is still getting settled in, so she hasn't participated in the activities yet, but there are a wide variety to choose from.

The apartment sizes are great, she is in a 2 bedroom and it is more than enough space for her. They also offer others sizes as well. It has all the amenities and activities that you could want. We are pleased with our experience and my mom is very happy here.
